| Description | HI Kerwin we had tested with Several SEC TV for HDMI compatible TEST in SEC company. it happen Noise screen or 'no signal(external Input)' on special TV when STB power off/on. Please check a log and give your comment. we will ask it to SEC guy based on your comment. TV Model : UN49NU8000 TV FW : 1153 STB FW : v15.513.10 Thanks. | ||||

Hi Jason, I think you use the same STB, same HDMI cable, same HDMI port, to test against this TV. The result should be the same. What are the differences between these 2 cases ? It will be helpful to check log file. Thanks ! |

Hi Kerwin we had tested with same STB, Same HDMI Cable, same HDMI PORT on this TV. when ac power off/on, An expected result is showing Audio/video in STB. but one case is shown 'no signal'. second case , it is screen broken issue. Thanks |

Hi Jason, We see there is HDCP authentication fail in "CEC booting_1(external Input).log". This is why you see "no signal" on TV. The timeout value of HDCP authentication is 8sec. We can extend it to 32sec and release a test image for verification. Could you help to verify it ? Thanks ! |

HI Kerwin Thanks for your comment. this TV is located in SEC company. so we can't test it again with test FW. But if you give new fw, I may ask it to SEC guy for testing. Thanks |

hi Dixon please leave a comment about noise case. your fw is it is extended as 32 sec. is it a normal solution? isn't it long? there is no side effect? Thanks |

Hi Jason, This solution has been verified in other project. The customer did not respond with side effect. If you are worried it, you can test the TV more. Thanks. |

hi kerwin / Dixon if it don't have a side effect, what do you think about applying it for next build of AT100, UH200? Please let me know it. For your reference. regardless this FW, this issue don't be reproduced by SEC Engineer after updating TV new FW. TV Model : UN49NU8000 [SW Version : 1153] ---> latest SW version : 1290.4 버젼 (In a field) Thanks |

Hi Jason, For this case, because issue is solved on TV, we don't have confidence that extending HDCP authentication time will fix it. Therefore, I think it is not a right timing to extend HDCP timeout value. Thanks . |

Hi Jason, Please use r110u to test this issue. In r110u, we not just only include HDMI compatibility fixes but also have 30s timeout for HDCP authentication. Thanks ! |

hi kerwin we receive some issue from Field. This issues happen at all port (HDMI 1, 2,3,4) of SEC TV. (QN55Q75RAFXKR, TV sw version : 1536) When STB boot up, It always happen 'no signal ' so after SKB user set via External Input on TV with using RCU, It works well. we received a log from skb user to skb server. please check it whether if it is an strange part regarding to 'no signal' Thanks. |
